Javier Arana, Undersecretary of Commercial Strategy and Economic Promotion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship.<\/p>\n<p>The award was granted by the Ministry of Production, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship and Prensa Econ\u00f3mica magazine.<\/p>\n<p>We have been honoured with this award for twenty eight consecutive times.
